Management and staff of Starr 103.5FM, a member of the EIB Group, have embarked on a brainstorming session at the Peduase Valley Resort in the Eastern region.
The exercise is to enhance the station’s delivery of its core mandate of providing Education, Information and Entertainment to its listeners. It is also to upgrade programming to meet the increasing demand of its dynamic target market.
The management team was led by the Chief Executive Officer of the EIB Group Bola Ray. The General Manager for the English Cluster of the EIB group Nana Aba Anamoah supervised the session. Other top managers of the EIB group attended the event.
Staff from all departments of the station attended the retreat.
