In a moment of great pride for Ghana, Her Royal Majesty Queen Vickylextar, reigning monarch of the Omanye Royal Kingdom, was a celebrated Guest of Honour at the International Leaders Summit held at the UK Parliament in London. This special invitation from the Right Honourable Baroness Sandip Verma, a highly regarded member of the UK House of Lords, put a bright spotlight on Her Majesty’s forward-thinking leadership and the Omanye Royal Kingdom’s important work in making the world a better place.

The International Leaders Summit brought together a powerful group of Ministers, Lords, and Members of the UK Parliament. These influential figures met to discuss important issues shaping the future of how people move around the world and how countries work together. Her Majesty’s impressive presence at this important gathering highlighted the Omanye Royal Kingdom’s strong commitment to connecting people and serving humanity – a goal that perfectly aligns with the summit’s objectives.

At the kind invitation of Baroness Verma, Her Royal Majesty delivered an inspiring speech focusing on Women Empowerment. This crucial topic, a part of the broad mission of the Omanye Royal Kingdom, and a reflection of its deep belief in a world of equal opportunities, gave Her Majesty a significant platform to share her knowledge. Drawing on her extensive experience as a global advocate for positive change, Her Majesty shared a powerful message intended to motivate international leaders, emphasizing her pivotal role as a key influential voice.

In her compelling speech, Her Majesty laid out a strategic plan for advancing women’s empowerment, highlighting three essential actions:

First, she strongly advocated for ensuring education for every girl, acknowledging the millions currently denied this basic right, and urging leaders and organizations to dedicate resources to make education accessible to all.

Second, she called for closing legal and economic gaps, demanding the removal of unfair laws in workplaces and expanding social support to ensure that no woman is prevented from getting an education or finding decent work.

Third, she championed gender-responsive financing, advocating for allocating a significant portion of global GDP to initiatives that promote gender equality and encouraging innovative financial approaches to direct funds towards businesses owned by women.

Queen Vickylextar asserted that putting these transformative measures into action could unlock an estimated seven trillion in global GDP and, more importantly, uphold the dignity and potential of half the world’s population.

This significant involvement clearly demonstrates the Omanye Royal Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to its core values. These values include fostering visionary leadership, building unity within communities, and advancing women’s empowerment.

The Kingdom’s dedication to developing leaders is evident in its active efforts to support individuals who can inspire change, navigate complex global challenges, and uplift others through meaningful action. Its focus on building strong communities comes from a deep understanding of how important collaboration, inclusivity, and shared purpose are in achieving real progress. During this event, the Kingdom’s emphasis on empowering all individuals to become leaders was highlighted with a particular focus on the transformative power of women’s contributions to society and the fundamental need to provide them with equal opportunities to succeed.

The summit also provided a valuable opportunity for Her Majesty and the Omanye Royal Kingdom delegation to build important connections and strengthen existing relationships with key international leaders and policymakers.

Notably, these included:

The Right Honourable Baroness Sandip Verma, a respected member of the UK House of Lords and Ministerial Champion for Tackling Violence Against Women and Girls Overseas, who also chairs the UN Women’s national committee.

MP Marsha De Cordova, who has represented Battersea as a Labour MP since 2017, served as Shadow Secretary of State for Women and Equalities from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Second Church Estates Commissioner.

Alain St Ange, a distinguished Seychellois politician – currently in the presidential race – who served as Minister for Tourism and Culture, and later for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine, of Seychelles. Mr. St Ange currently serves as President of the African Tourism Board, an organization whose focus on cultural reconciliation aligns with Omanye’s vision.

The Omanye Royal Kingdom’s presence at the UK Parliament, led by the Ghanaian-rooted Queen Vickylextar, is a moment of great pride for Ghana. It represents a crucial step in increasing its visibility and influence on the global stage. This prestigious platform allows the Kingdom to share its vision and initiatives with a wider audience of global leaders, fostering potential collaborations and strengthening its network of partners dedicated to creating a positive and lasting global impact. This event showcases the values of leadership, empowerment, and global cooperation that Ghana instills in its people.

This incredible event was diligently orchestrated by MSG Advert Ltd, a global marketing and communication platform for businesses. Her Royal Majesty and her team were greatly honoured by their leaders, Ms. Gaganeet Kaur and Mr. Nitish Arora.

The International Leaders Summit also celebrated the achievements of various award winners, recognizing individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to different fields. Some notable awardees included Kalabandhu Dr. P. Anuhya Reddy, honored with the Global Cultural Enriching Award; Nirvana Agrawal, recognized with The Queen’s Crest For Excellence award; Jeesh George Vazhappilly, celebrated for his Inspirational & Outstanding Contribution To Social Welfare; and several others.

About the Omanye Royal Kingdom:

The Omanye Royal Kingdom is dedicated to creating a world where every individual can reach their full potential. With its roots in Ghana, the Kingdom advances initiatives focused on education, healthcare, leadership development, and reconciliation, striving to empower individuals and uplift communities worldwide.
