Ghanaian musician, Samuel Adu Frimpong popularly known as Medikal says Ghanaian media personalities must project the positive side of their work.
Speaking on Starr Chat with Bola Ray on Thursday, Medikal stated that instead of the media projecting the positive side of celebrities they rather dwell on their private lives.
“Most of the people in the media space see musicians or artists as persons they can throw any question to,” he lamented.
According to him, the questions media personalities will ask politicians they will not ask the celebrity the same because “they don’t respect musicians.”
“That is why they feel they can ask musicians any question but this is why Ghanaian music is not doing well. Instead of promoting the music business’s positive side, the media always dwells on the negative. That is one of my problems with the Ghanaian media,” Medikal added.
