Lawyers for embattled Frederick Kumi have asked the High Court in Accra to order the Republic to explain the circumstances under which their client was allegedly extradited.
Counsel Oliver Barker-Vormawor, while addressing the Court on Thursday, said media reports suggested his client had been extradited to the USA.
He said, while he was not stating this with certainty, he wants the Attorney-General to appear and speak on oath about the date, time, and flight number on which their client was extradited, if true.
