Ghanaian chef, culinary educator, entrepreneur, and humanitarian Chef Abbys has successfully concluded the Togolese leg of her ongoing West Africa Food Tour, marking the end of an enriching first chapter of a journey dedicated to celebrating the diverse culinary heritage, cultures, and people of West Africa.
As the first destination on the tour, Togo offered a remarkable introduction to the region’s rich food traditions and cultural identity.
